Physicians are available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Early morning and Saturday appointments may be available.

Scheduling Appointments

To schedule an appointment, call 216.844. DERM.
In case of a medical emergency, call 216.844.1000.

Please advise our receptionists of the reason(s) you would like to see one of our physicians, so that the appropriate time may be scheduled to meet your needs.

When possible, please schedule appointments as far ahead as possible, and call 24 hours in advance to cancel so we may make that time available to others.

Out of respect to all of our patients, we only accept "urgent" or "same day" appointments if your referring physician calls on your behalf.

Insurance

Our receptionist or billing staff will be happy to discuss our fees with you. To help you receive maximum benefits from your insurance plan, please have your insurance card available each time you visit our offices. This provides employer, co-payment, and other information needed by our office. Please inform our staff of address or. insurance changes at your earliest convenience.

Currently, insurance providers deem most cosmetic procedures as elective. We are happy to help you understand the insurance protocols, and identify the most effective payment plan to meet your needs.

A physician's referral does not guarantee payment for non covered or cosmetic procedures. Please feel free to discuss this in advance of your visit.

Ultimately, all charges are the final responsibility of our patients. You are responsible for any co-payments at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
