Irish Coffee

The original version is said to have been made without sugar and using Irish Mist instead of Irish Whiskey. There is also an option that uses brown sugar instead of sugar cubes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup hot coffee
  • 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 3 sugar cubes (or 2 tsp. Brown sugar)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Brew the coffee
  • Mix in Irish Whiskey and sugar, stirring to melt sugar.
  • Just before serving add heaping dollops of whipped cream to garnish.
  • Enjoy!
