Buttered Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs steamed cauliflower sectioned into florets
  • 5 TBS butter
  • 5 TSP Unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 small hard boiled eggs
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

  • Arrange florets in serving dish
  • Melt butter in pan along with breadcrumbs
  • Chop the hard boiled eggs and add them to the butter and breadcrumbs in the pan
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Pour over cauliflower florets
  • Use parsley for garnish (optional)
