- 6 mini pitas
- 1 tomato - seeded and diced
- 1 cucumber, seeded and diced
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cut the pita bread in half and open it so that it is ready to accept stuffing.
- Mix diced tomato and cucumber and yogurt together.
- Fill pita pocket with the mixture.
- Top with shredded mozzarella
