- 1 square beef roast ( 6-7 lbs. )
- 8 ounces of mushrooms
- 2 white potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 2 Tbs. Parsley
- 1 package French Onion soup
- 1 cup water
- Place beef roast in slow cooker. (If you prefer cook 12 hours at 250 degrees, add water as needed to prevent drying)
- Add vegetables and French onion soup.
- Cook all day (minimum 8 hours) - will be fork tender when done.
