Michael Day is a resident of Cleveland Hts. and owner of FLOWERVILLE Florist & Gifts in University Hts.

He attended St. Ignatius High School & John Carroll University and has committed his professional life to the Cleveland area. Flowerville has been a Cleveland area institution for over 50 years & Mr. Day has owned the business since 1984.

Michael has traveled to various cities including Washington D.C., New York City, and Montreal to help design & decorate for special events. Michael and his staff have designed hundreds of weddings, business events and social benefits over the last 17 years.

He has served on local and national floral organizations boards & and has coordinated meetings and seminars for flower shop owners and managers across the country.

His most recent accomplishment was the building & 1999 opening of his two story flower shop in University Heights...a new local landmark which has helped inspire new retail growth in the Heights area. The vacant gas station lot was cleaned & turned into a charming destination shop. It is located at 2268 Warrensville Center Rd., (between Fairmount Blvd. & Cedar Rd.)

Michael has brought the best of the floral industry to the Cleveland market & continues to be an innovative & creative force in the Floral industry.
