Orange Flowers for Wedding
Answered by Michael Day of Flowerville

Q. Hello- I am getting married in Vegas and want to have an orange bouquet.

I can have any flowers I want with the wedding package, but the only orange flowers I know of are gerber dasies and maybe some tropical ones. I wanted to go a little bit of an untraditional route, any suggestions?

Thanks- Angee

A. Dear Angee,

There are many beautiful orange blooms to consider.....the time of the year may affect availability & price.

Suggestions are: Orange roses...traditional bloom, dramatic & striking color, Orange lilies, Birds of paradise (orange in part w/ purple accent) Orange minni calla lilies, orange freesia, alstromeria, tulips, zinnias, snapdragons, pincushion protea, dahlias, celosia, carnations, orchids.

These, I hope are helpful suggestions to find the look you'd like!

Best wishes on your special day!
