Ingredients:
	
- 2 cups Milk
 - 4 ounces chopped bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
 - 3 strips of orange peel (orange part only!) approx. 2 inches in length
 - ½ tsp. Instant Espresso or regular coffee powder
 - 1/8 tsp. Ground nutmeg
 
	
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients 
 - Stir over a low heat until the chocolate melts. 
 - Once the chocolate is melted, remove the mixture from the heat and whisk it until it is frothy.  
 - Repeat three times. (Heat to boil, whisk until frothy). 
 - Discard the orange peel. 
 
This can be prepared up to two hours ahead of time. Let it stand at room temperature until ready to serve. 
- Just before serving bring to boil
 - Remove from heat and again, whisk until frothy.
 -  Pour into coffee mugs.
