     Egg Nog 
     
 
	Ingredients: 
	
 
- 6 egg yolks
 - ¼ cup sugar
 - 3 cups milk
 - 1 tsp. Vanilla
 - ¼ tsp. Salt
 - 1 cup whipping cream
 - 6-egg white
 - ¼ cup sugar
 - Ground nutmeg
  	
 
Instructions: 
 
- In a small mixer bowl beat egg yolks until blended.
 -  Gradually add ¼ cup sugar.
 -  Beat at high speed until sugar is lemon colored. 
 - Stir in milk, vanilla and salt.
 -  (NOTE: If you want to add alcohol, this would be the time to add Light Rum and/or Bourbon to total approximately 1 cup, deleting 1 cup of milk). 
 - Chill the mixture thoroughly.
 -  Whip the cream.
In a large mixer beat egg whites until a soft peak forms.
 -  Gradually add remaining ¼ cup sugar.
 -  Keep mixing to stiff peaks.
 -  Fold yolk mixture and egg whipped cream gently into egg whites.
 -  Serve immediately. 
 - Sprinkle with ground nutmeg as a garnish.
