Ranch Style
Sirloin and Vegetable Kebobs
Ingredients:
- 1 beef top sirloin (boneless) cut 1" thick. (approx. 1 lb.)
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 TBS. Water
- 1 TBS vegetable oil
- 1 medium bell pepper cut in 1" pieces (green or any color)
- 1 medium yellow squash (zucchini would also do nicely), cut in half lengthwise and sliced in ¾" pieces.
Instructions:
- Combine dressing mix, water and oil in bowl and mix well.
- Cut steak into 1" cubes
- Alternately thread Beef and vegetables onto four 12" metal or wooden skewers (if skewers are wooden, be sure to soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to using).
- Brush kabobs with dressing.
- Place kabobs on grill over medium-hot coals.
- Grill, uncovered, approx. 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
- Serves 4.
