Why didn't you answer my Question?

Chris King

Before I tackle the questions I have recently received from readers of my many articles on this site I want to let you know why you may not see your question answered.

First of all, I am a senior - and have been for some time. I am also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor - certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) - who receives and keeps up with the latest exercise information along with taking interactive workshops.

If you have read my articles, however, you must realize that they are not geared just to seniors. They cover the whole age range of those who wish to become and stay physically fit and active.

I do not have a medical/physical therapy background, so when I receive questions from those of you with a specific medical/physical challenge - i.e. osteoarthritis, disc misalignments, etc. - I do not have the expertise to advise you.

I also want to state again that no matter how physically well you perceive yourself to be, please consult with your physician before starting any new exercise program. Now, on with the questions!
