Max and Erma's Restaurant is a chain with locations throughout Ohio and a few other states. It is a fun, comfortable restaurant with good food at good prices.

The restaurants all have a lot of interesting and fun decorations to look at - from funny signs (think Burma Shave) to mounted fish and other fun items.

They are currently offering a 3 Course Menu for either $13.99 or $17.99 which includes soup or salad, an entrée and a dessert.

Their menu is American Classic - certainly not gourmet but very, very tasty. Burgers at Max and Erma's are large and juicy.

Special Senior Tip: They come in two sizes to accommodate every appetite ($6.99 - $9.99).

People have traveled far for their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich which comes with seasoned fries ($8.59). It may be a little hot for some. Their New York Strip Steak comes with baked potato and salad for $18.99 which is pricey but very good.

Bathrooms are easily accessible and clean. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. Even at their busiest times I have found them to be attentive.

Special Senior Tip: Although they do not take reservations they do have call-ahead service. If you call and let them know when you leave the house, they will put your name on the list as if you were already there!

All in all a really good, casual dining experience.
