Eleanor Roosevelt
at Noble Library reopening

A very special guest was on hand for the re-opening of the Noble branch of the Cleveland Heights Public Library: Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt.

Mrs. Roosevelt (as portrayed by Linda L. Laronge) walked among the large crowd answering questions and offering observations.

Mrs. Roosevelt was kind enough to take a few minutes to share a message with young women of Cleveland.

Linda Laronge is part of a group of Presidential Living Historians known as "We Made History." More than just actors, the portrayers take on the role of the person including habits, idiosyncrasies, life stories and facts. They attend an event in character and do not leave character throughout.

A fun day was had by all at the reopening of the historic Noble Road library.
