Ohio Celtic Festival
Win Free Tickets

Join us on August 11-13, 2017 at Classic Park in Eastlake Ohio for the annual Ohio Celtic Festival.

On August 11th, 12th and 13th the Annual Ohio Celtic Festival will take place at Classic Park in Eastlake, OH. The festival features an impressive line-up of more than 150 Irish musicians, singers, bagpipe bands, dancers and other entertainers from across the US, Ireland and around the world.

The festival has something for everyone, including Celtic merchants selling hand-crafted jewelry, pottery and embroidered fashions plus a Princess cosplay show.

This year's festival features one of the most exciting musical line-ups to date, a full complement of Celtic and American foods, and a wide selection of beverages anchored by Guinness beer stations. The park will pulse with the music of the Off Kilter, The Fenians, The American Rogues, The Gothard Sisters, Emmet Cahill, Makem & Clancy, Keith Harkin and more.

The N.E.Ohio music scene will be well represented by super talented performers including The New Barleycorn, Brigid's Cross, No Strangers Here, Mossy Moran, Mad Macs plus internationally acclaimed schools of dance and award-winning marching bands.

The Ohio Celtic Festival will take place at Classic Park in Eastlake, OH. Festival hours are Friday 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm. On Saturday, Noon to 11:30 pm. On Sunday, everyone who brings two non–perishable food items for the local food bank between 10 am and Noon will receive free admission. Festival closes at 8:00 pm on Sunday.

On Friday, August 11, The Ohio Celtic Festival will throw open its gates, offering free admission for all. The fest is teaming up with the Palumbo Ohio Firefighters Foundation and the Police Memorial Society in support of their efforts to raise money for their injured and disabled fellow officers. Instead of admission, local firefighters and police officers will be at the gates collecting donations. "The free admission Friday Night at the Ohio Celtic Festival is our way of providing support for those who serve and protect each and every one of us every day," said Festival Director Patrick Coyne.

Firefighters will be collecting for a special cause. Their share of donations will go to the Palumbo Ohio Firefighters Foundation. The Palumbo Ohio Firefighters Foundation was established earlier this year in honor of Michael Palumbo. Michael was a captain with the Beachwood Fire Department since 1992 and is the namesake of Ohio's Michael Louis Palumbo Jr. Act, which provides presumptive workers compensation for firefighters diagnosed with occupational cancers. Proceeds from this event will be used in part for the expenses of Willoughby Firefighter Seamus Culligan, who is currently battling the same disease and the Michael Palumbo Family.

The Ohio Celtic Festival is presented by Our Heritage, Our Home, Inc. a Lake County Ohio 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve and promote Celtic culture and traditions.
