We offer the following Health Coverage Plans:

Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans are designed to fill the "gaps" left by Original Medicare. Anthem is proud to offer several plans in the state of Ohio. You must be enrolled in Original Medicare Parts A and B to qualify for these plans.

If you are over the age of 65 and apply within six (6) months of first enrolling in Medicare Part B, you are guaranteed acceptance into any Medicare Supplement or Select plan, regardless of your health history. There is no waiting period before pre-existing conditions will be covered.

Medicare Part D plans are offered as a stand alone or along side one of our Medicare Supplement Plans. Anthem is proud to offer 3 Medicare approved prescription Drug options, all with affordable rates.

Medicare Advantage plans are managed care plans administered through companies that contract with Medicare. Medicare Advantage plans can provide more choices and extra benefits than Original Medicare. There is usually a monthly premium for these benefits, which include preventive care such as mammography screening, flu vaccinations, as well as a Part D prescription drug coverage benefit built right in.

All Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in Part A and Part B of the Medicare program and living in the service area where the plan is offered may apply. Anthem is proud to offer Medicare approved HMO, PPO and Regional PPO plans.
