Asiago Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 ˝ cup Asiago cheese shredded
  • ˝ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  • Mix together and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  • I use Triscuits® and pumpernickel sticks (or sometimes bagel chips) to dip in it.
