- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 12 graham crackers, crumbled
- 2 whole eggs, beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar packed tightly
- 1 stick butter, melted
- ½ cup evaporated milk (NOT condensed)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line baking dish with pineapple
- Cover with crumbled graham crackers.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over graham crackers.
