Meat Cooking Times and Temperatures

Q: What is the standard time and temperature to cook meat?

A: The tables list the standard cooking times for the most popular cuts of beef and pork. It also lists the type of cooking required.

Depending on the cut of meat, it is either roasted, broiled or braised.

It is important to make sure the meat is thoroughly cooked.

If there is a specific cut for which you would like more information, just let me know. Thanks!
