He did his Medical Residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo
Dr. Sweeney's Neurology Training was at the State University of New York at Buffalo and Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland
Dr Sweeney has been on staff in the Department of Neurology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation from 1973 to the present.
