- Exercise at least 3 times a week 30 minutes each time

- Follow a diet that’s lower in calories and fat, particularly saturated fat
- Control your cholesterol level
- Control your blood pressure
- Control your weight
- Relax and sleep well
- Manage anxiety and stress
- Maintain a socially active lifestyle
