Leg Circulation Machine
by Chris King

Q) There is a new device where you lay down and place your ankles on/in it and then it moves them (and your lower legs) all around to boost circulation and improve the legs.

Know anything about it? What do you think? It costs about $100 from the TV commercials.

A) Even though I don't know the actual machine you are referring to, I say, "Keep your money."

Most machines, even if they are effective tools, tend to lose their desirability very quickly and end up sitting in a corner unused.

If you want to boost your circulation and improve your legs, start with some fast walking or lie on the floor and do some bicycling in the air (if you keep your abdominal muscles tight, this will also strengthen and help flatten those abs too).

As always, check with your own healthcare professional before undertaking any diet or exercise program.
