A. There is an advantage to fluoride rinse or gel if you are at risk for cavities or gum disease.

A. It is better to take your teeth out at night and soak your teeth. This gives your gums a rest.

Which tooth paste is best (I am a non smoker) or is there really no difference?

A. Most any toothpaste that has flouride in it is recommended. Look for one that has the American Dental Association Seal of Approval.

A. If you gums bleed when brushing, it may be a sign that you may have irritation of the gums or gum disease. If you haven't had your teeth and gums checked by your dental professional in a while, it may be time for a check-up.
