Alzheimer's Disease Awareness

November 2003 was the 20th anniversary of President Ronald Reagan signing the legislation that designates November as National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month.

Alzheimer's Association

45,000 individuals in the five county area served by the Cleveland Area Alzheimer's Association and an estimated 125,000 family members are effected by this disease.

There is a wide array of services, including a support group on the web, written materials, educational offerings, reimbursement programs and support available through the Alzheimer's Association.

Materials are available in Spanish and services will soon be, when our new office opens in Lorain County.
