“For Your Love” -- a romantic evening of food, wine, and entertainment ? will be held February 16, 2008 to benefit Actors’ Summit, Hudson’s professional theater.
The event is scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The location will be the beautiful Hudson Library and Historical Society building.
“We’re thrilled that the Hudson Library and Historical Society will be co-sponsoring this event,” said Kathie Franks, board president. “This will be our first social event not held at our theater at 86 Owen Brown Street.”
Scheduled for the Saturday following St. Valentine’s Day, the evening will focus on all things romantic: music, food, wine, poetry, and fashion.
Although all of the entertainment decisions have not yet been finalized, the highpoint of the evening will be the return of “Nat King Cole” singing from the piano. A fashion show pajamas and loungewear and spontaneous performances of great love poetry are also on the bill.
Tickets for the event are $125 per person and are all inclusive (cocktails, wine, food, entertainment, and dancing.) For additional information, or to request a formal reservation, contact the theater at 330-342-0800.
